The state of Mississippi announced today that Marketing Alliance had tentatively been awarded the Secretary of State's Office website project, pending contract negotiations.

Bernard L. Weinstein & Associates, an architectural firm in Nashville, has contracted with Marketing Alliance to provide 3D renderings for an upcoming development.

HM Williams Construction Inc. has selected Marketing Alliance to providing marketing services including branding and website development. The company has offices in Tupelo and Jackson, Mississippi.

Marketing Alliance to market spec buildings for Agracel

Agracel, Inc., an Effingham, Illinois based industrial development firm with properties in 14 states, has selected Marketing Alliance to market its industrial buildings planned for a Columbus, MS industrial site. Marketing Alliance is responsible for strategic planning, direct marketing, website and print advertising development for Agracel's Columbus properties.

Marketing Alliance hires new team member, promotes two

Marketing Alliance, Inc. has hired Katherine Scanlon as production manager. Scanlon has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of Georgia and masters degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi. She has over six years experience in marketing strategy and brand management with CellularSouth and Cooke Douglas Farr Lemons.

Rich Winter, who previously served as print/interactive director, has been promoted to interactive media director. He joined Marketing Alliance in February 2007. Melissa Lott has been promoted to print director from art director. She has been with Marketing Alliance since February 2008.

South Carolina economic developers hire Marketing Alliance

Sumter Economic Development in Sumter County, South Carolina has contracted with Marketing Alliance to create a series of interactive marketing tools to promote industrial development in the county.

Marketing Alliance, Inc. has been selected by the Tupelo Redevelopment Agency to build a new website promoting development in the Fairpark District of Tupelo, Mississippi.

Marketing Alliance, Inc. selected to market River Ridge Commerce Center

Marketing Alliance, Inc. has been selected by River Ridge Commerce Center of Jeffersonville, Indiana to be their marketing partner in the promotion of the 6,000 acre mixed use development. It is located along the Ohio River in Clark County, Indiana and is part of the Louisville, KY area. The site fronts 6 miles of 4-lane Indiana Highway 62.

Representatives from Marketing Alliance, Inc. will speak at the Mississippi Main Street Association's managers training seminar in Columbus on August 21-22. The topic will be promotion of Main Street programs. Marketing Alliance was recently selected by Mississippi Main Street to redesign their website.

Marketing Alliance, Inc. has announced today that they will expand service area with the addition of a Memphis-based accounts representative. The expanded coverage area includes cities within Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama, Missouri, Indiana and Illinois markets.

Downtown Jackson Development / Marketing Extravaganza

Downtown Jackson Partners is holding the second Jackson Development/ Marketing Informational Extravaganza at the Mississippi TelCom Center on Thursday, July 17th from 5:30 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. The night will begin with the BOOM Jackson kick-off party and a presentation of developments will follow. President of Marketing Alliance, Inc., John Abbate, will present the “It’s Downtown” video and interactive virtual tour.

City View developers announce Open House

City View, a luxurious condominium development in Jackson, Mississippi, is planning an Open House from Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20. Allen Walsh of Baton Rouge is the developer. Marketing Alliance lands New Orleans project

MJS Realty of Dallas recently hired Marketing Alliance to create a virtual tour sales presentation for a new mixed use development in New Orleans. The 32-story building on Baronne Street is being renovated into office, restaurants, retail and residential use.
